Use our search bar on the homepage to find hostels by location, university name, or hostel name. You can also browse all hostels and use filters to narrow down your search.

How do I contact a hostel owner?

Visit the hostel's detail page and click the "Show Contact" button. You'll see the phone number, WhatsApp, and email information to get in touch directly with the owner.

Are all hostels verified?

We verify hostels through our admin team. Look for the "Verified" badge on hostel listings to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Can I save hostels for later?

Yes! Create an account and use the heart icon on any hostel to add it to your favorites. Access your saved hostels from your profile.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Use the "Report" button on any hostel page if you find incorrect information, inappropriate content, or have safety concerns.

For Hostel Owners

How do I list my hostel?

Create an account as a "Hostel Owner", then access your dashboard to add a new hostel listing. Fill in all details, add photos, and submit for verification.

How long does verification take?

Our team reviews new listings within 24-48 hours. You'll be notified via email once your hostel is approved and live on HOSTELZA.

Can I track views and inquiries?

Yes! Your owner dashboard shows detailed analytics including page views, contact reveals, and performance over different time periods.

What are featured ads?

Featured ads boost your hostel's visibility by showing it at the top of search results. Contact our admin team for featured advertising options.

How do I update my listing?

Access your owner dashboard, find your hostel, and click "Edit" to update information, photos, room types, and facilities anytime.
